Following a decade of working as an Art Consultant, Art Educator and Art Gallery Associate & Buyer, UNEARTHED is an exciting new project and online art gallery curated by Louis Fowler.

We want to open people’s eyes to the possibility of owning original prints from the secondary art market that are dynamic but don’t break the bank. With Louis’ extensive background in the secondary art market and experienced eye for art & design, the collection of works we source is curated with passion and personality.

Our focus at UNEARTHED is on works that sing; pieces that have been created with an excellent hand and exemplary eye; pieces that are increasingly hard to find in the market today but stand the test of time in terms of their artistic merit. As such, our mission is to unearth and celebrate the talents of unsung heroes of printed works from the 20th and 21st Centuries alongside more established names that you may be more familiar with - be prepared to discover your new favourite artist.

Our dynamic collection spans from hand-signed limited edition prints by 20th Century Modern Art ‘Masters’ to advertising art, original posters and even ‘mystery’ unattributed works whose quality speaks for itself.

The condition of all our pieces span a broad range and our belief at UNEARTHED is that if a piece is gorgeous enough, it belongs in our collection regardless of condition - the true story of an artwork’s life is manifested this way. Each of our current work’s condition is described as accurately as possible within its description to ensure you know exactly what you’re buying.

We don’t preach about art as an investment (although we do invest in ALL of our works with our own money) - at UNEARTHED we preach about the work’s beauty and the hand that brought it to life; a life that you can be proud to be the next custodian of.
