Delivery and Returns

Standard Shipping is included in the price of most of our available works.

Please note - We are currently only shipping to inside the United Kingdom. Please send an email of enquiry if you are interested in an available work/item and are requesting shipping to outside of the UK.

 

Exceptional charges may have to be made for excessively heavy, large or fragile framed items, or when special arrangements are needed e.g. a specialist courier delivery is requested or required. We will inform you immediately if this will be the case and we’re also very happy to discuss any of your additional delivery requests or requirements on a case by case basis.

 

Please allow at least 5 - 7 working days for delivery, and possibly more during busy periods for the delivery companies, such as Christmas and Bank Holidays.

 

  • Framed/Glazed works are sent wrapped in bubble, with extra padding/filler packaging and then boxed securely to ensure they arrive with you in the same condition they leave us.

  • Unframed prints/drawings are either sent flat or rolled within a stiff tube.

  • Books and other objects are wrapped in bubble wrap and card.

 

Receiving Your Delivery: 

We send out all our parcels by special delivery, usually with Parcel Force, Royal Mail or DPD unless requested otherwise. This means that you will need to sign for the parcel on delivery. Please make sure you request us to send the item to an address where somebody will be available to receive the parcel during working hours.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Should any purchased works of art not exactly meet with our descriptions or you have changed your mind, we do offer a ‘Money Back Return Policy’. You do have a ‘cooling off’ period of 14 working days after the day on which the item was delivered. Our mission is to share our finds with you and if you’re not happy, we’re not happy!

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible within 14 working days upon receipt of your item. Please use the address or phone number or email address on the contact page. If we are unable to take your call, please leave a message.

However, the postage cost of the return is to be paid for and charged to the customer. Please retain the track and trace number from the Post office until you receive your refund from us. There is no handling fee charge.

Refunds will be paid within 30 days, as long as the item has been received in the same condition as sent, unless due to postal damage.
