Framing Unframed Works

We are able to frame (and mount) any currently unframed available works for you at extra cost. Usually this can vary anywhere between £75 and £300 depending on the size of the artwork and the desired or necessary framing specifications.

Please contact us before making your purchase to discuss the framing options - we have plenty of experience of framing prints and are more than happy to discuss your options and recommend particular framing options depending on the artwork, ensuring the aesthetic and intrinsic value of the work is the main focus.

The lead time for framing can be anywhere between 2 - 8 weeks so please bear this in mind when choosing this option.

Unframing Works

We acquire a lot of works that are largely unframed and most of the time we choose to sell them that way too. However, we do also acquire framed works and now and then, frame up works that we believe would benefit from doing so.

Currently framed works can be unframed upon request - we choose to keep certain works in their original frames (or at least the frames that we acquire the works in) if the frame lends the artwork provenance, cement its place in a timeline or helps to protect the work - we feel it’s best to keep it that way.
